The game features expanding reels that grow from 5 to a maximum of 7 reels, with one reel expansion occurring per spin. A Hold and Win bonus is triggered by landing 3, 4 or 5 Faerie Rings. The bonus begins with 3 spins; any winning symbols lock in place and reset the spin counter to 3. The grid expands during the bonus round in the same way as the base game.
Aurora converts the leftmost reels to wild symbols in the base game. During the bonus round, Aurora's effects work alongside Vesper, which converts the rightmost reels to wild. Vesper also operates in the base game independently.
Sunfire Pixie adds value to eligible symbols, excluding strikers, resurrection, reset and Twin Sisters. Crystal Sylph collects value from eligible symbols.
