• The submitted content does not violate applicable law.

GamblingWins reserves the right to:

• Review and reject submitted wins before publication.
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently delete user accounts for violations of these Terms.
• There is no obligation to publish submitted content.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Submitting fake or manipulated wins.
• Spam, advertising or commercial content without explicit permission.
• Content that violates applicable law.
• Use of the platform by persons under 18 years of age.
• Automated scraping or mass data queries.
• Impersonation of other users or identity theft.

GamblingWins is a hosting service for user-generated content. We are not liable for submitted content unless we are aware of its illegality. Upon becoming aware of illegal content, we will remove it without delay.
