Wanted: Insane is a horror and steampunk-themed slot by Astrix with an RTP of 96%, high volatility and a maximum win of 20,000x. The game uses a 5x5 grid with cluster pays mechanics on the sides only.
Winning clusters activate adjacent Safes, which apply multipliers of x2, x4, x8 or x16 to normal wins, or x50, x100, x250 or x500 to gold wins. Dynamite symbols remove the cluster cell and the eight surrounding cells; if a Dynamite hits another Dynamite during this removal, it chains and triggers further explosions. Dynamite cell multiplier levels increase as play continues.
Cascading reels drop new symbols into empty spaces after wins resolve. A wild symbol substitutes for other symbols to form winning combinations.
Three scatters award 10 free spins, four scatters award 12 free spins and five scatters award 14 free spins. During the free spins round, the player chooses between Safe mode or Dynamite mode. Safe mode begins with two normal Safes and one gold Safe; Dynamite mode retains and upgrades multipliers throughout the feature. Free spins cannot retrigger, and scatters are absent during the feature with the spin count fixed at the initial trigger value.
Three buy options accelerate access to bonus features: Bonus Chance at 1.5x bet increases the odds of triggering the feature trigger, Dynamite 10 Free Spins at 150x bet awards the Dynamite mode directly, and Safe 10 Free Spins at 150x bet awards the Safe mode directly.
