Midgard Tempest is a mythology and fantasy slot by Crimson Clover with an RTP of 96.5%, high volatility and a maximum win of 10,000x.
The game uses cluster pays, with wins formed by matching five or more runes horizontally or vertically. Winning clusters disappear and new symbols drop in to fill the spaces, allowing cascades to trigger multiple wins from a single spin.
Up to four elemental runes can land on each spin. When a cluster covers an elemental rune, its power unlocks and resolves in a fixed order: Fire, Ice, Lightning, then Wind.
A wild symbol in the form of a longship substitutes for low-value or premium runes.
Landing three or more scatter symbols awards ten free spins. During free spins, three scatters guarantee at least one rune per spin, four scatters guarantee at least two runes, and five scatters guarantee four runes. Scatters do not retrigger during the free spins round.
Four bonus buy options are available. Chance+ costs 5x the bet and provides an alternative entry to the bonus mechanics. MIDGARD BONUS costs 100x the bet. TEMPEST BONUS costs 300x the bet. RAGNARÖK BONUS costs 500x the bet.
