VS symbols expand into Duel Reels that display competing gladiators. The winning fighter's multiplier is applied to that reel, with base game multipliers ranging from x2 to x100. When multiple multipliers land on the same reel, they add together before any payout is calculated.
Each reel has a Reel Multiplier displayed above it. When a VS symbol lands, it replaces the current Reel Multiplier value on that reel.
Champions of the Arena is triggered by landing 3 Arena symbols. This bonus round starts with 3 spins, and landing another VS symbol resets the spin count back to 3. During this feature, Duel Reel multipliers add to the existing Reel Multiplier rather than replacing it. Reel 3 remains locked until VS symbols have been triggered on all four other reels, at which point the Beast Reel activates with its own special multiplier.
