The game runs on a 5x5 reel set using cluster pays, where five or more matching symbols connect horizontally or vertically to form winning combinations.
Cascading reels activate during play, destroying winning symbols and allowing new ones to fall into place. As symbols are destroyed, a cauldron fills progressively through the round, with up to three fills occurring per spin cycle. The first cauldron fill grants extra free spins, the second triggers a complete board wipe, and the third activates the Homunculus sequence.
Three Scatter Cauldrons trigger 6 free spins, four trigger 10 free spins, five trigger 12 free spins, and six or more trigger 15 free spins. During free spins, the multiplier increases with each cascade. Additional Scatter Cauldrons landing during the feature retrigger 3 extra spins, and further cauldron fills extend the round.
The Homunculus appears after the third cauldron fill and delivers three separate entrances into the round. Each Homunculus entrance adds a wild symbol pattern to the board.
