Hexes occupy board cells as multipliers ranging from x2 to x1,024, appearing only through curses triggered when hex symbols land. These hexes remain in place during tumbles and double in value after any winning tumble if their cell helped form that win. At the end of each base game spin, all hexes clear from the board.
When a hex symbol lands, it triggers a curse before the drop is paid. The curse sets available in base play differ from those in free spins, and each curse changes the board in a distinct way.
Bell scatter symbols trigger free spins. Landing 4 Bells unlocks the Witching Hour bonus, 5 Bells unlocks the Blood Moon bonus, and 6 or more Bells unlocks the Danse Macabre bonus. Throughout free spins, hexes remain on the board and do not clear between spins. Bells never tumble and are counted only after tumbling stops. During free spins, Bells can award additional spins.
