The game uses cascading reels. Wrapped Candy symbols land with a random multiplier between 2x and 250x bet, while Wrapped Chocolate symbols land with a random multiplier between 2x and 40x bet. Both symbol types feed into a Total Win Bar.
Sticky Fingers removes all Wrapped Candy and Chocolate symbols and forces a cascade. This feature activates once per spin only and never appears alongside Fairy Flick or Sugar Swirl. No wrapped symbols drop after Sticky Fingers fires.
Fairy Flick clears a grid section by removing high and low-paying symbols, though it cannot remove scatters, wilds or rotten wilds. This feature triggers once per spin and stops wrapped symbol drops.
Sugar Swirl converts low-paying symbols to the highest-paying low symbol currently present on the grid. It requires at least two different low-paying symbols to be active.
A single wild substitutes for high and low-paying symbols only, appearing one at a time and disappearing after winning combinations form. A Rotten Wild appears after three or more winning combinations in a single spin and substitutes for all regular paying symbols only.
All-scatter wins require five or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. The Cavity Clash bonus is triggered by scatters and features a beam battle between Tilly and the Tooth Fairy, with beam position affecting the next spin outcome and bonus pace.
