During the base game, the ball collects tokens during its flight, building a multiplier. Green tokens add to the multiplier, yellow tokens subtract 0.25, and red tokens subtract 1. The final position of the ball determines whether the player banks the collected multiplier or pursues goal rewards.
The Sent Off feature costs 5x the stake and ensures that short balls still pay the collected multiplier, even though intercepts cannot occur on short balls.
