The game features a cascading mechanic where winning combinations trigger new drops. Koi symbols activate all highlighted cells once a winning spin resolves, and these activated cells remain on the board until a Koi symbol triggers them again. The colour of the Koi symbol determines the minimum coin value that can appear.
Coins land in three tiers - Bronze, Silver and Gold - each awarding different prize multiples. Sakura symbols boost the values of nearby coins, or boost the entire board if a Gold coin is present. The Collector gathers all coin and collector values during a spin, storing the total and revealing emptied cells again once the Collector activates.
Three scatters award 8 free spins in the Bonus round, where activated cells remain highlighted between spins.
